Had a delightful day on Wednesday. Shared wonderful luncheon with friends at the ACC culinary department. Smoked duck for appetizer and a cassoulet for the starter.The main course was a Beef Wellington in a Bordelaise sauce. I chose the lemon parfait for dessert.
I later delivered my watercolor of "The House in Vins sur Caramy" to its new owner. The transaction pulled at my heart a bit, as I recalled sitting in the little Provence village when painting the image.
